Custom or personalised orders

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:​

• Items I’ve made with gemstones of your choice or any other personalisation

• Any commissioned/custom designs (I always send photos and communicate to ensure you’re happy before I send any custom pieces)

• Rings sized to your specifications

If a piece arrives damaged or defective please ensure you take photos to send to me before getting in contact. Once contact is made you will receive instructions for returning the item. It must be sent back to me within 14 DAYS.

Christmas 2023 amendment - Returns and exchanges on anything other than the above

For all other items please contact me by 14th January 2024, and dispatch items back to me before 21st January.  Once contact is made you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please package it carefully, if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be either charged accordingly or the item sent back to the buyer, dependent on the buyer's choice.
